 We regret to inform you that after 8 months of leading us to believe that ‘they’ would re-structure our Mortgage, our lender have called in our 10 Year Note. Due to the grim economic forecast, no other banking institution is willing to re-finance us. So the bank is foreclosing.  We have closed our doors.  We are still pursuing our goal to make Point Lookout “Forever Public” as a trust to the State of New York.  More details will be available on our facebook pages at: Point Lookout Mountain Inn & Restaurant and/or Ron Laurie Landstrom.
